At Capone's House of Pasta, we are devoted to serving authentic pasta that was created the way it was meant to be created - freshly made, by hand, with only natural ingredients.  Our sauces are rich, flavorful, and exciting, but at Capone's, the pasta noodles are the star of the show.  Because all of our noodles are made fresh, we don't use dried pasta - so your entree will not be al dente, but it will be delicate, soft, and will almost melt in your mouth.

The atmosphere at Capone's was designed to encourage our guests to take their time over a leisurely meal,  to savor the ar0ma and flavor of our classic dishes, and to enjoy a meal the way it was intended to be.  ​
